Veggie Pizza on Cauliflower Crust
This Veggie Pizza will not disappoint! The cauliflower crust is topped with pizza sauce sliced bell peppers, fresh garlic and cherry tomatoes. From start to finish, it can be made in 15-20 minutes making it the perfect healthy weeknight meal.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove cauliflower pizza crust from plastic wrap and place on a cookie sheet (as directed on the package).
  3. Top the crust with pizza sauce, bell pepper slices, smashed garlic, cherry tomatoes and parmesan cheese (optional).
  4. Bake for 7-9 minutes.
