Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Bake salmon filets for 18 minutes or until salmon flakes and is fully cooked.
  3. Layer the salad starting with a bed of spinach, strawberries, macadamia nuts, avocado and salmon.
Recipe Notes

This salad is great without dressing because of the avocado, but you could add a strawberry poppy seed vinaigrette or a dressing you already have on hand.
