- 2 - 6 ounce wild-caught salmon filets
- 4 cups spinach leaves
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 whole avocado

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Bake salmon filets for 18 minutes or until salmon flakes and is fully cooked.
- Layer the salad starting with a bed of spinach, strawberries, macadamia nuts, avocado and salmon.
Recipe Notes
This salad is great without dressing because of the avocado, but you could add a strawberry poppy seed vinaigrette or a dressing you already have on hand.
