Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are the best and healthiest chocolate chip cookies you will ever eat! Free from refined sugar and grains, you can easily satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty and crashing afterwards. As an added bonus, they’re also very easy to make, with limited ingredients.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract with an electric mixer.
  3. Slowly mix in the almond flour, baking soda and sea salt until combined.
  4. Pour melted coconut oil into the batter and mix until combined.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop balls of cookie dough (about the size of 1 tbsp) onto the lined cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes and then transfer to wire rack and then glass storage container.
Recipe Notes

Bake 1 tray at a time with the rack positioned in the middle of the oven for the best results

Store cookies in a glass container at room temperature for 1-2 days and the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
