Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
These muffins are free from refined sugar, grains and dairy. They are perfect for breakfast on-the-go, a healthy snack or even dessert.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cupcake/muffin tin with liners or coconut oil.
  2. In a medium bowl combine almond flour, flaxseed, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl mash bananas and add eggs, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients without over mixing.
  5. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter evenly into muffin tin. (tip: use a heaping 1/4 c. measuring cup to distribute and it will work almost perfectly).
  7. Bake for 20-22 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
