There are few things I love more than starting the day off feeling good/healthy. The morning is my absolute favorite time of the day. It’s so quiet in the house and you have the opportunity to start the day however you want if you’re up before everyone else (especially the kiddos). Every morning I either start by working out and then making a good breakfast or I just skip right to breakfast if I’m not working out that morning. I could never skip breakfast.
On the mornings I don’t work out and skip right to breakfast, I always start out with either a glass of lemon water or a green drink. You can start the day off not only feeling hydrated, but you’ll be “ahead” for the day if you get several servings of vegetables in at breakfast.
